Effective May 26, 2026
Lofi Dungeon is a browser-based idle RPG operated as an independent project. By using the site or buying anything from it, you agree to the terms below. They are written plainly on purpose; if anything is unclear, email support@lofidungeon.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or make a purchase. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and refund any payments.
We use Supabase magic-link authentication; we never see or store your password. Keep access to your email secure — anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the in-game Settings menu, or by emailing support@lofidungeon.com. Deletion removes your profile, your cloud save, and your personal purchase history. Anonymous purchase records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes for as long as the law requires.
Lofi Dungeon sells two kinds of digital goods:
All purchases are billed in USD by Stripe. We do not store your payment card; Stripe handles that directly per their own terms.
Because LP and gold are delivered immediately and applied to your account, all sales are final once the grant has been applied. Two exceptions:
We make best-effort to keep your cloud save available across devices, but cloud saves are not guaranteed. You should treat the local-browser save as the primary copy. We may delete cloud-save data for inactive accounts after 24 months of inactivity, after sending a notice to your registered email.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. We may also withhold or reverse purchase grants in cases of clear fraud.
All game code, art, music, sound design, copy, and trade dress are © 2026 Lofi Dungeon. The procedural lofi music engine is original work. Sampled instruments used in the game are licensed for commercial use; attribution lives at /credits.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play the game and access purchased grants. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the game or its content.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. On termination, your right to access the service ends immediately; previously granted LP and gold are forfeited. We will not refund grants forfeited due to terms-violation termination.
We may revise these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify registered users by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a material change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and we agree that any arbitration will be conducted in our individual capacities only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Small claims. Either party may instead bring qualifying claims in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.
Injunctive relief. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
